Firstly remove sooji and replace with 3 tbsp maida.

Add this flour sooji mixture to a bowl. Add all the milk into it. Mix well and keep aside.

Heat a sauce pan with the ghee.Add some nuts and roast.Add the sugar.Let it caramelise. Stir once or twice in between.

As soon as it caramalises add the milk sooji mixture stirring continuously carefully as the mixture will bubble up. Gradually it will form a smooth lump.

Now sprinkle the cardamon powder.Mix well and spread on a greased tray.

Garnish with more slivered nuts and dried rose petals.

Cut and serve
