Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbesan
  2. 1/2 cup+1 tablespoon ghee
  3. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1/4 cupalmond powder
  5. 1/4 cupchopped dry fruits of your choice
  6. 1 tablespoonpistachio flakes for garnishing
  7. 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  8. 1 teaspoonkewra water

Cooking Instructions

40 minites.
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan,add besan and roast on low flame till raw aroma of besan disappears.It will take about 15-20 minutes.Add almond powder.Mix.

    Add dry fruits and cardamom powder.Mix well.Take out besan in a bowl and let it be cooled completely.

    When besan is cool,add sugar powder and kewra water.Mix well and make laddus.If required add more ghee.Garnish with pistachio flakes.

    Besan Laddus are ready to serve.Enjoy.
