Ingredients

40 minites.
4 servings
  • 2 cupsbesan
  • 1/2 cup+1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4 cupalmond powder
  • 1/4 cupchopped dry fruits of your choice
  • 1 tablespoonpistachio flakes for garnishing
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoonkewra water

Steps

40 minites.
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan,add besan and roast on low flame till raw aroma of besan disappears.It will take about 15-20 minutes.Add almond powder.Mix.

  2. 2

    Add dry fruits and cardamom powder.Mix well.Take out besan in a bowl and let it be cooled completely.

  3. 3

    When besan is cool,add sugar powder and kewra water.Mix well and make laddus.If required add more ghee.Garnish with pistachio flakes.

  4. 4

    Besan Laddus are ready to serve.Enjoy.
