Steps

In a bowl add butter, curd, sugar, & salt beat well.
Then add wheat flour, cardamom powder & oil mix well. - 2
Add water mix well, knead & make soft smooth dough.
Then cover it & leave it for 5 mins. - 3
Divide the dough into equal size balls. Then press gently in the middle of the balls like doughnuts

Heat oil & ghee in a pan, put pieces one by one & deep fry on medium flame.
Once fried flip over & cook another side. - 5
Once it’s turned light brown take it out. Drain on an absorbent paper

Add sugar & water in a pan mix gently & let it dissolve.
Then let it boil till you get one string consistency. - 7
Immediately place into the sugar syrup & leave it for 30 mins.
Then take it out & cool it at room temperature.
