Soak cashews in hot water for 15 min until soft.

Cut potato and carrot into one inch cubes and cook in salted water for 15 minutes until tender. Discard water.

Boil pasta

Add potato carrot and cashews to blender and mix

Add sauce to saucepan and bring to boil let simmer for two minutes stir constantly. Add to pasta
