Sweet vermicelli pudding

As a Pakistani Punjabi, it's our most favourite quick dessert. It can be eaten as a dessert after meals, have it in breakfast or in the #teatimemenu as a snack.
Vermicelli has a few different ways to be cooked, my favourite one is as a pudding.

In a pan add ghee and crushed vermicelli

On medium low heat cook the vermicelli till light brown in colour.

Then add milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add the sugar and cook until the milk reduces and thickens.

Then add the fresh cream/ balai and cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame.

Serve hot with tea.
