We use vermicelli in many dishes. One of them is sweet vermicelli or seviya. Today I made fusion of carrot halwa and vermicelli.

Steps

Heat ghee & saute vermicelli till it becomes pink. Then add grated carrot & milk, mix properly.

Then pressure cook it for 2 whistles.

Remove it from cooker, add sugar & saute again, saute till all watery part evaporated and it loosen sides of vessel.

Add cardamom powder, almonds and pistachio. Mix well and turn off heat.

Can serve hot or cold.
