Lapsi is traditional Gujarati sweet. It is specially made in all auspicious occasion & festivals .
Steps

Warm less than 3/4 cup water and melt jaggery in it. Add ghee in it.

Now add ghee in coarse wheat flour & mix it in crumbly texture. Add ghee in flour until the wheat flour forms a fistful formation as per picture.

Add prepared jaggery water in wheat flour mixture. Mix well.

Now pressure cook it for 3 whistles. Once it cools down completely, break it with hand.

Then add powdered sugar and ghee, mix well & serve.
