Wash ur tuwo rice and soak for like one hour,place a pot of water on fire and allow it to boil then u add ur soak rice and cook until soft and then u add flour and mix well until sticky and cover it to steam for few minutes on low heat

Grind ur Red pepper scotch bonnet tomatoes and onions with garlic

Grind ur ginger, nutmeg and daddawa all together and set aside

Place a pot on medium heat add ur required Palm oil and fry with small piece of onions den u add ur grinded kayan miya and fry den u add ur seasonings and water and allow to cook

Wen it boils add ur grinded ginger,nutmeg and daddawa wit ur dry fish and cooked meat cover and allow to cook for 45minutes on medium heat

Reduce the heat or rather even take the soup off and whisk it with the kuka powder using whisker for it to be smooth then you place it back on low heat then u add salt as required
