Ingredients

  • 1medium size Butternut
  • 1large sweet potato
  • 1medium size onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 2 tspsmoked Paprika
  • 1stock gel of choice... chicken or veg
  • Spoonfulcreme fraiche to finish

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all ingredients & cook slow over a medium heat till start to go tender

    Add enough water to cover. Bring to the boil & add stock

  3. 3

    Simmer for 20mins till all veg is soft

  4. 4

    Blend & serve
