Ingredients

200 gms all-purpose flour (Maida)
2 tbsp suji (rava)
1 tbsp salt
1 pinch baking soda
1 tbsp ajwain / carom seeds
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
2 tbsp oil
As needed Water

Steps

Take Maida, suji, salt, baking soda, ajwain and Kasuri methi in a bowl and mix well. now add cooking oil and mix well.
Now add water and make a dough. Now roll this dough in ½ inch thickness and cut in pieces.
Now fry all pieces in hot oil till golden brown and serve it.
