Steps

Pressure cook (or boil) the daal with the little bit haldi powder

In a pan heat oil add the cumin seeds once they start popping add chilli garlic ginger paste and onion fry till onions turn golden brown add the chopped tomatoes and beet root leaves sauté the above mixture till it turns soft and golden

Add all dry masala powder and garam masala powder
- 4
Add the boiled daal mix to the above mix well remove from the flame add 1 tsp ghee garnish with fresh coriander leaves

Enjoy with Rice or roti or paratha
