Steps

Wash & cut the both saag.Put them in cooker with green chilli, grinded tomatoes salt, grated ginger with 2 cup of water.

After a whistle cook for 30 minutes.let it cool down,now mash with masher.

Heat pure ghee with chopped garlic cloves till they become pink.put this in the saag.

Cook till all the water absorbs Serve hot.
