Take out all the things at one place.

Mix rawa and curd together and leave for ten minutes.

Now add green peas and salt.

Then add chopped carrot in it.

After that add chopped capsicum.

Add finely chopped onion in it.

Now add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.

Take a tadka pan and put 1 teaspoon oil and prepare tadka of mustard seeds and hing.

Mix this tadka in batter.

Add baking soda in batter and mix well.

Grease appam pan with oil.

Pour 1 teaspoon batter in each mould.

Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes and then turn the appam.

Now cook from other side for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
