The market is flooded with Sweet Corns... so you have a choice to enjoy them in your way!

I have tried making Dhokla with Gram Flour and it has always been a disaster :(. I have not given up yet.. I will try and try until I succeed making the perfect Dhoklas :).

Recently I tried making Rava / Semolina Dhokla and that turned out quite good... some improvements with my experimenting :). I had got Sweet corns from the market recently and wanted to make something different for Breakfast... so made Sweet Corn Dhoklas which was soft and also tasted awesome!!Sweet Corn Dhokla is prepared using very less oil and can be enjoyed as a breakfast or snack dish with green chutney and sauce. It is delicious and nutritious too!!

This is a combo of sweet corn, Besan and rice flour with sour curd. The flavour of the grated corn kernels enhances the taste of this dish. This unique dish will surely win you many praises!!!
