  1. 200 gramsbaby leaf spinach
  2. 100 gramsfeta cheese
  3. 10 gramsbutter
  4. Good sprinkling of nutmeg
  5. Salt and pepper

    Use a large pan or frying pan heat it and add the butter.

    Once melted add the spinach

    Add the nutmeg and salt and pepper

    Give it a good stir once it’s wilted add the feta cheese, stir and serve! Delicious 😋
