Sambhar vada
Steps

Wash and Soak urad Daal and fenugreek seeds in water overnight.

Drain water and Grind in mixer to a smooth paste. Add salt to taste and red chilli powder.

Heat two teaspoons cooking oil and put mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add curry leaves and whole dry red chilli. Mix this tadka in urad Daal paste.

Now heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in the shape of vada and deep fry till golden brown colour.

Like wise make all the vada.

Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
