Boil tover Dal with salt and turmeric.

Heat oil in a kadhai add curry leaves, jeera and crackle.Then add grated ginger and chopped garlic and cook for 1/2 mint.Add chopped onions and cook. After 2 mint add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 mint.Add all dry spices and mix well.

Add boiled tover Dal and ready to serve.
