  1. 1/2 cupwarm water
  2. 1 tspsugar
  3. 1 tspdry yeast
  4. 1.5 cupswheat flour
  5. 1/2 cupoats powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 3 tbspolive oil
  8. as required water
  9. For toppings
  10. 3 tbsppizza sauce
  11. 4 tbsponion, roughly chopped
  12. 1/4 cupcapsicum, roughly chopped
  13. 1/4 cuptomatoes roughly chopped
  14. 10,12cube's of paneer
  15. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese, grated
  16. 1/2 tsporegano / mixed herbs

Steps

About 2hours,40 mins
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix. allow it to rest for about 5 minutes.

    Now add oats powder, wheat flour, salt and olive oil.knead the dough by adding water as required.
    place in a large mixing bowl.
    cover and keep in a warm place for about 2 hours.
    Now punch the dough to release down the air.

  3. 3

    Now Place the dough on a dusted pizza tray.
    flatten the dough by stretching with both hands.

    then prick with center of dough with the help of fork.
    furthermore, spread pizza sauce generously leaving the sides slightly.

  4. 4

    Then add topping.
    then spread grated cheese and sprinkle Italian seasonings.
    further, bake at 180 degrees for about 12 - 15 minutes.
    finally, slice and serve pizza hot.

    It's ready to serve.Serve hot
