Gobhi aloo ki sabji
Steps

Firstly Peel, rinse and cut potatoes. Rinse and cut the cauliflower florets. Cook potatoes and cauliflower until soft.

Add oil to the pan and stir fry the onion and chilli until the onion is translucent. Add the tomatoes and ginger garlic paste, stir fry.

Then add turmeric, curry powder, salt and pepper. Now fry all this for a minute.Then add the tomato paste and mix well.

Now add water and mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes

Garnish with fresh coriander.
