For making a dough. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add ajwain, 1/2 tbsp oil and salt. Mix....it well. Add water as needed.Knead the smooth dough. Once it is done. Make a small peda size in shape. Keep aside.

Mean while. Heat Kadai. Add prepared mixed dal. Cook till it reduces and the dal mixture becom dry. Add mango powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix...well.

From the dough. Take a small size dough ball. Roll it in a roller. Add stuffing in the center. Close the edges perfectly. So while frying the stuffing will not come out. Press it gently and make a kachori shape. Keep in a plate.Repeat the same procedure..

Heat oil in Kadai. When the oil is slightly hot. Fry kachori in low flame. Till it is golden brown in colour. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate. Now it is Ready to serve....Hot...Kachori. With Tomato Sauce
