Make pie Shell's from dough.blind bake them 70%. Baking for 170°c for 20 min.

Make apple filling.Mix diced apple,lemon juice,salt, raisin,sponge crumble,sugar, cinnemom.

Fill all this filling in bake pie Shell's.

Cover it with thin sliced of apple.

Bake 30% more after filling. Baking temperature above 215°c below 135°c baking time 15 minutes.

After baking apply appricot jam decorate it with Pistachio flacks and serve.
