Split Bengal Gram Dal Chaat

Soak split bengal garamdal for couple hours and drain water and keep aside.

Take a kadai and add oil to it and take a small batch of split bengal garamand fry and continue the same process and fry the remaining dal.

Once the dal is fried, strain excess oil and keep in a bowl, add salt and red chilli powder and mix it well.

Now add finely chopped onion, tomato and few coriander leaves and squeeze lemon to fired dal.

Split bengal garamdal chaat is ready to serve now.
