    Oil ko garamkr ke us mein onion daal ke hlka sa fry kar lain,phir jab onion pink ho jaye to garlic daalay or thora sa cook kar lain

    Phr is mein qeema,salt,red chilli,haldi daal ke achi trha cook kar le

    Ab is mein dahi daalay or bhoon le

    Phr jab qeema soft ho jaye to green chillies or hara dhania or ginger daal ke dm pe rakh dain.khare masale ka qeema tyar hai.garamgaramroti ke sath paish karay
