Steps

  1. 1

    Cut meat into pieces,wash and put in a pot, add little amount of water,then add spices and seasonings of ur choice, make a paste of ginger,garlic n red chili and add.

    Cook on medium heat till soft and tender,then add oil in a fan and fry till golden brown.
