Preheat the oven at 170°c for 10-15 mins. Then line a muffin tray with cupcake liners.

Sift in the all purpose flour, baking soda, sugar, salt and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl and mix well.Set aside.

Now add the coffee powder to the warm water.

Then add the oil, vanilla essence and vinegar and give it a good mix.

Now add the dry ingredients to this solution in batches and mix well. Make sure no lumps are there.

Pour the batter in cupcake liners till 3/4th. And bake for 12-15 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool them completely. Eat as such or frost as you wish. Enjoy !!!
