Make the fillings with the minced meat, parsley, onion and seasoning.

In a bowl, mix the flour with oil, salt and water to form a soft dough, allow to rest for 10 mins. Cut the dough into 25 pieces, roll to form a flat round shape, roll another piece rub oil and flour and then add on top of the first one. Repeat the process. Roll to flatten the dough and then place on a pan to roast for few minutes, separate the sheet and cut each into four.

Fold the sheet to form a samosa shape, add the fillings and glue using a mixture of flour and water.

Heat oil and fry.
