Ingredients

  1. 2potatoes
  2. 2shimla mirch
  3. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1onion
  8. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  9. as neededGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan.

  2. 2

    Add ghee in it.now put jeera in it for few seconds.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped potatoes and capsicum in it.

  4. 4

    Now mix salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder in it.

  5. 5

    Now mix it well.now leave it on steam for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Now add masala in it.

  7. 7

    Now this vegetable is ready to serve.
