Peal the back of the irish potatoe and boil it. You boil fish and cut your onions and grind the scotch bonnet. In a bowl mixed them and pound. Make it a bit circle. Put it inside flour before you put inside egg.

In a bowl break your egg and add little salt.

Mix your bread crumbs and cornflakes.

Take your mixed circular potatoe and put it in the egg then remove it and put inside mixed bread crumbs and corn flakes and fry it inside vegetable oil.

Your fish and potatoe cake is ready. You can take it with tea or pap.
