Steps

Sift the flour in a bowl add in the oil and salt and water to form a dough

Cut into pieces and roll out each piece into thinly and flat round rub oil and flour to the rolled out dough and add another dough on top repeat the same process to the remaining dough and roll out together thinly and evenly

Place on a pan and roast for some mins and seperate the sheet and cut into samosa shapes

In a pan add in the minced beef or chicken add in the oil and saute add in the onions habareno pepper spices and seasonings and stir fry for 7-10 mins till done turn off the heat and add the parsley

In another bowl add in flour and water and stir to a paste

Fold the sheets in samosa shapes and add in the fillings seal the end of the samosa with the flour paste

Fry in a hot oil and fry till golden brown and serve with dippings of your choice
