In a bowl take all-purpose flour,salt and oil and make a firm dough added with sufficient water. Keep aside covered with wet muslin cloth for 5 minutes.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seed and crackle. Add chopped ginger and green chilli. Now add mashed potatoes and saute for 1minutes. Add all dry spices and mix everything well. Saute For another 1 minute add chopped Coriander leaves.remove from pan and cool completely.

Divide the dough into equal portion. Take one portion and roll it into an oval shape chapati.Divide it into 2 halves. Make a cone from each half. Stuff each cone with 1 tsp of potatoes stuffing. Seal the edges carefully using a little water.

Make all samosa like this. Arrange them on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 15 minutes. Turn them over and again bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
