Firstly take a bathua properly clean and wash it.

Now in a cooker add bathua, some salt, half glass water now pressure cook up to 2 whistles then cook for 5 mins on lower flame

Now reduce the flame let's cool it down.

Now transfer the jar and make a fine paste.

Now take a mixing bowl add fresh curd beat it now add prepared paste,red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt to taste,then mix it nicely

It's now ready to serve it
