Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cupbesan
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 4 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee and add besan in it and roast till golden colour at low medium flame.

  2. 2

    Then add milk slowly and slowly and stirr it well now add sugar also and mix well till thick consistency.Garnish it with dry fruits.Our besan halwa is ready to serve.
