Wash the aamla thoroughly. Prick the aamlas with a fork. Boil water in a pot and then add the aamlas to the boiling water. Boil for 5 mins. Then off the flame and let them remain covered in the boiling water for 10 mins

Keep a pan on low flame add sugar,aamlas mix and add water, cook on low flame add cardamoms & chilli powder,cook till it's 1 string consistency. Off the flame keep for 2 to 3 days. Then it's ready
