  1. 1/2 cupcup chana dal
  2. 1/2 cupdali udad dal
  3. 2medium sized tomato
  4. 2medium.sized tomato
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. to tasteAmul cream
  11. 1 tspCoriander leaves

    Soak chana dal for 30 hour. And afterwards add half cup udad dal and let it sit for 10mints.

    Boil the dal in pressure cooker with 1 tbsp salt and keep it aside.

    Now we will Prepare the tadka for dal. Take oil in pan and add thin sliced onion to it. Add sliced tomato once onion turns pink.

    Let it roast well. Once the oil separates from it, add haldi powder, chilli powder and saute the masala

    Add boiled dal to the tadka and sprinkle garam masala and coriander powder ronit and give a good boil.

    Move the dal to a bowl and garnish with fresh cream, butter and coriander leaves.

    Serve it hot with naan, chapati or rice.
