Ingredients

  • 1/2refrigerated pie crust
  • 2/3 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp.Kosher salt
  • 2large egg whites
  • 1large egg
  • 1 (12 oz)can fat free evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 oz.)Can unsalted pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp.Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp.Ground cloves
  • Toppings
  • 2.13 oz.All purpose flour about 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cupslight brown sugar
  • 2 tbspunsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  • 2 tbsphoney

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit

    To prepare pie roll dough into 11 ich circle fit dough into a 9 inch pie plate coated with cooking spray fold edge under and flute

  3. 3

    Combine 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt egg whites egg and evaporated milk in a bowl. Whisk in pumpkin and next 3 ingredients through cloves. Pour mixture into prepared pie platevake at 450 degrees farenheit for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees farenheit for 20 min shield edges of piecrust with foil if they get to brown.

    To prepare toppings combine flour,1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle toppings over pie. Drizzle with honey. Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 30 min or until center is set. Cool 1 hour before serving.
