Grate boiled potatoes.
Chop green chillies very nicely
In a bowl mix potatoes, rice flour, corn flour and spices.
Mix green chillies and coriander leaves. - 2
Now take some quantity of material and make round shape or heart shape tikkies.
Heat a griddle.
Pour oil or ghee.
Heat it. Now fry tikkies from all sides on medium flame. - 3
Take a serving platter.
Keep tikkies.
Pour dahi. Add green chutney, Imli chutney and salt. Garnish with cumin seeds powder and onion.
Enjoy.
