Ingredients

  • 1 kgall purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the flour in a basin. Add salt and mix

  2. 2

    Make a hole in the middle and add water as you knead. When the dough is done add the cooking oil and continue kneading. Cover the dough and let it rest

  3. 3

    Make small balls and roll out. Fry the chapos. Serve with stew of choice
