Steps

Wash and clean the poha in a sieve..and keep it aside.

Put a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it, once the oil is hot enough, add the peanuts and salute for about two minutes..

Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds, hing, green chilli along with onion..stir for a few seconds and saute them as well on medium flame..

Add poha and turmeric powder in the sauted onions along with salt to taste and mix them..

Serve the poha garnished with crushed coconut,sev and coriander evenly. Squeeze the lemon on it..

Ready to serve..
