  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1 tspkasoori methi
  3. 1/4 tspajwain (carrom seeds)
  4. 1/4 tsponion seeds
  5. 1 tbsppurified butter for moyan
  6. as neededSalt
  7. as neededWater
  8. as neededOil for frying

  1. 1

    Take flour in bowl add all the ingredients except water and frying oil.

    Add water slowly and knees dough for poor. Keep side for 10min.

    Heat oil in kadhai...roll poori then frying..serve hot with tea, pickles and sabzi.
