Roast the brinjal and peel and mush them

Take a pan and fry it after adding ghee garlic, ginger peste,chooped gren chilli,chooped onion.

Add the daygee chilli powder,chooped tomato and stir.

After 5 mint add red chilli powder, salt garam massla and stir 2to3mint add the mush roasted brijal mix and cook.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with tandoori naan.🍀🍽️
