Make small balls of this dough and press them to flatten them into the pattice shape. Put them aside for some time. Take a tawa and heat some oil in it. Then put the patties one by one and fry them nicely on both sides. Make sure they have that beautiful golden brown crunchy outer core.

Now in order to make the Ragada, soak the peas for some time and then cook them in a pressure cooker until they become slightly mushy and tender. Take a pan and heat some oil in it, put chopped onions and saute them for 2 mins.

Then add turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder and cook while stirring for about 2 mins. Take 1 tomato and puree it. Add the puree in the pan along with some salt. Chop the rest of the tomatoes and add them as well. Let it cook for some time, make sure to keep the pan covered.

In a bowl take the curd and whisk it using a whisker. Add this in the pan and cook for another 3 minutes at a low flame.

Now take the patties and place it in a plate, add the prepared ragada on top. Sprinkle with some green chutney, some sev, curd, cilantro, chopped onions and tamarind chutney. Your Ragada Pattice is ready.
