halfcup ghee
1 cupsugar
1 cupmilk
7,8Almonds

Ghee mein Suji daal kar low flame pe fry kar lain

Jab light brown ho jaye to Nido daal ke cook kar lai, ab sugar and milk add kar ke bhoon lain
3

Phr 5 minutes tak dum dai.dish out kar ke almond say decorate kar lai, now halwa is ready to eat
