Ingredients

1/2 kgbendi cut in circles
1 bowlcorn steamed crushed in mixi
1 tspspoon chilli powder
1 pinchhing / asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds / rai
1 tsp turmeric powder
to tasteSalt
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp oil
1/2 bowlCoriander leaves finely grated

Heat oil in kadai add Rai turmeric powder add bendi give a mix.

Let the bendi cook then add crushed corn mix it cook for sometime.

Add chilli powder,salt sugar hing mix it well and add coriander leaves and serve.
