Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted vermicelli
  2. 1onion
  3. 1/2 cupboil green peas
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1/2capsicum
  6. 1/4 cupboil sweet corn
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsprai / mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 tsp pinch ajwain
  11. 1/2 tspmaggi sauce
  12. 1green chilli chopped
  13. As neededButter/Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & cut onion in Julian

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil/butter crackle ajwain & rai

  3. 3

    Saute onion add carrots till become soft.

  4. 4

    Add capsicum, green peas, sweet corn &green chilli stir fry 1mnt

  5. 5

    Add vermicelli, salt, red chilli powder mix well

  6. 6

    Add maggi sauce &add 1/2glass of water

  7. 7

    Cover the lid for 5-7mnts, in between stir gentlly

  8. 8

    Serve with sauce or chutney..
