Now take chow mein steam it for 10minand drain water and add cold water.

Now take pan add oil and add onion fry it add cabbage and fry 5min add ketchup and add chow mein and salt black pepper and mix it.

Now roast it on pan then fill veggies in chapati and roll it.seal it with maida paste.

Now deep fry in it hot oil until golden brown.
