Ingredients

30 mins
2 person
  1. For marination:
  2. 500 gmchicken boneless
  3. 1egg beaten
  4. 2 tbspcorn flour
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 2 tspsoya sauce
  8. 2 tspchilli sauce
  9. For the gravy:
  10. 2 tspdark soya sauce
  11. 1/2 cupketchup
  12. 1 tspred chilli paste
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 2garlic cloves crushed
  15. 1capsicum cut into cubes
  16. 1onion cut into cubes
  17. 5-6red chillies
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 1hand ful of chopped green onions

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken and let rest for atleast 10 mins.

    Then deep fry the chicken on medium heat. Do not over fry.

  3. 3

    Keep the chicken aside. In a non stick wok, add oil and crushed garlic and saute.

    Add the onions and capsicum and saute for a minute. Then add the chicken and saute.

  5. 5

    Now add all the sauces gradually, mixing everything together.

  6. 6

    Garnish with green onions and serve with egg fried rice.
