Marinate the chicken and let rest for atleast 10 mins.

Then deep fry the chicken on medium heat. Do not over fry.

Keep the chicken aside. In a non stick wok, add oil and crushed garlic and saute.

Add the onions and capsicum and saute for a minute. Then add the chicken and saute.

Now add all the sauces gradually, mixing everything together.

Garnish with green onions and serve with egg fried rice.
