Take wheat flour, add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric and Coriander powder.add some oil. Mix everything well. Add methi leaves, some curd n adding water little at a time bind a semi stiff dough.

Divide the dough in equal parts. Make rounds n roll it semi thick...

Now roast the thepla both sides applying some oil. Enjoy the theplas hot with curd. Best to eat in winters...
