  • Cous cous
  • Potatoes cubed
  • Carrots cubed
  • Green pepper chopped
  • Onions chopped
  • Chopped ginger and garlic
  • Oil
  • Maggi
  • Curry
  • Boiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a small quantity of oil and fry the potatoes until done

  2. 2

    Add in the other ingredients except cous cous and boiling water and stir fry

  3. 3

    Add in cous cous and stir fry until golden brown, add the boiling water and stir,adjust the taste cover and cook for 3-5 mins on low heat

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy
