Crispy Chicken Breasts with Honey Sauce

A little tip: If you make these ahead of time, let the breaded chicken breasts sit in the freezer for a bit. That way, they'll turn out even crispier when you fry them.

Steps
- 1
For the sauce, in a skillet over medium heat, combine the honey, garlic, and soy sauce. Mix the water and cornstarch together, then add to the skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- 2
For the chicken, set up one plate with flour and spices, and another with the beaten egg. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them in the flour, dip in the egg, and coat again in the flour.
- 3
Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil, and serve with the warm honey sauce. Enjoy!
