Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgChicken boneless
  • Ginger raw(Julianne)
  • 1 tbsGinger garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsGreen chilli paste
  • 2 tbsBlack pepper crushed
  • 1 tspCrushed red chilli flakes
  • Garam masala powd.1/2tsp
  • 1 tspCrushed/roasted cumin
  • 1 cupYogurt
  • 2 tbsCream
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 tbsButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add Julianne ginger & crushed green chillies saute then add ginger garlic paste,chicken saute again till chicken gets white and add all spices plus yogurt cover lid so chicken cooked well.In the end,put roasted cumin,cream & garam masala powder.
